These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of rememberingalma.earth (the "Site") and the ceremonial space, community, and membership offered by Remembering Alma LLC ("Remembering Alma," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or joining our waitlist, free ceremony, newsletter, or membership, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who This Is For
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or join our community. Remembering Alma is a community membership and ceremonial space. It is not therapy, medical treatment, psychiatric care, or crisis support. Content and experiences offered are intended for personal and spiritual growth only, and do not replace professional medical, mental-health, or legal advice. Experiences vary from person to person, and we don't promise any specific outcome. If you're in crisis or need clinical support, please reach out to a licensed professional or your local emergency services.
2. Our Services
Remembering Alma currently offers a waitlist, a free introductory ceremony, and a newsletter, with a paid monthly membership planned for the future. We'll always be clear about what's free and what isn't before you're asked to pay anything.
3. Membership, Billing & Cancellation
Once membership is open, it will be offered on a recurring monthly basis. You're free to cancel any time; your membership will simply continue through the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and it won't renew after that. We don't offer partial refunds for time already used within a billing period, though we're always glad to talk through anything that isn't working for you at support@rememberingalma.earth. Full billing and cancellation details will be confirmed and made available before membership launches.
4. Being Part of This Community
We ask everyone in this space to:
- Treat other members, guests, and Alma with care and respect
- Keep what's shared in ceremony and community spaces confidential, and please don't record, screenshot, or share anyone else's story or likeness without their permission
- Show up honestly, without needing to perform healing, growth, or anything else
- Let others hold their own experience without judgment or unsolicited advice
If someone's behavior isn't in keeping with this, we may reach out directly, and in serious or repeated cases, we may pause or end their access to the community. We'll always try to handle this with care and direct communication first.
5. Content & Intellectual Property
Everything on the Site and within our ceremonies and materials, including text, images, video, and audio, belongs to Remembering Alma or is used with permission. You're welcome to enjoy it for your own personal use, but please don't reproduce, redistribute, or use it commercially without asking us first.
6. Third-Party Links & Services
The Site may link to third-party sites or use third-party services, like our email or payment providers. We aren't responsible for their content or practices, so we'd encourage you to review their own policies too.
7. No Guarantees
We hold this space with care, but we can't guarantee specific results, outcomes, or experiences from any ceremony, call, or membership. The Site and our services are provided "as is," to the fullest extent the law allows.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Remembering Alma LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in our community, beyond the amount you've paid us, if any, in the past twelve months.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the date above whenever we do, and continuing to use the Site after that means you accept the updated Terms.
